"I ordered because I thought it..."
I ordered because I thought it would be a better deal, but the prices felt high for what I got. The quality wasn’t awful or anything, just not really worth the total once shipping was added on. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “shipping costs are calculated separately” and that the pricing reflects their materials, which I get, but it still felt pricey to me. Overall, nothing was terrible, but I probably wouldn’t pay that much again.

"Pretty slim pickings"
I was hoping to browse a decent range of products, but the selection was weak. Half the stuff I clicked on was either missing or magically out of stock, so this little “catalog” wasn’t much help. It’s frustrating when you show up looking for specific things and just hit dead ends. I ended up giving up and checking other sites instead...

"Such a simple thing, but the packaging was awful"
My order showed up in this flimsy little box with almost no padding, so everything was just sliding around inside. One of the items ended up dented, which is really frustrating because packing a box properly shouldn’t be that hard. For what I paid for shipping, I expected a lot better. Disappointing.

"Not sure if I just caught them at a bad time"
I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times and didn’t get much of a response. Maybe I was expecting too much, I don’t know, but when someone finally did reply, it didn’t really clear anything up. I felt like I was just sitting around waiting with no real update. I probably wouldn’t order again.

The spices arrived quickly, so that was nice, but the flavor was just kinda flat to me. The packaging was fine, no real complaints there, but it didn’t taste like the berbere I’m used to at all. Maybe it works for some people, but I probaly won’t buy it again

"Kind of Disappointing"
I really wanted to like this, but the flavor was dull and didn’t taste all that fresh. It felt like maybe it had been sitting around a bit longer than it should have.
